The UKBA now operate an online application system. Please see details below.
Application fees are going up from the 6th April (Online booklet will be updated shortly to reflect this).
Where can I get the Tier 4 (G) application form?
From 6th April 2013 visa applications will be completed online and you will no longer need to download your application form to fill in by hand.
To complete your application you will have to create an account before you attend a visa workshop. We will then help you with completion of the application form in the workshop.
To create an account – go to the UKBA site and click ‘apply online’.
The next screen gives you two choices:
- Help me find the service I need
- I already know the service I need
Click on 'I already know the service I need’ and then click on ‘T’. Look for Tier 4 and click on that, then click on ‘Log in to apply online’. This takes you through to a screen which allows you to log in with you user name and password OR allows you to register.
Click on 'register’ and 'enter’:
- User name
- UK telephone number and
- Memorable word
Please make a note of the name and memorable word as you will need this when you come to your workshop appointment to make your application.
How do I prepare my dependant’s application?
This will also be completed online and now forms part of your online application.
What if my application is returned as invalid or refused?
If your application is returned to you with a problem then it is vital you contact us for advice as a matter of urgency. We will then be able to ensure any necessary action is taken prior to the relevant deadlines.
